IDEAS FOR ADDING FLAVOUR TO YOUR FOOD
Dried and fresh herbs, spices, fruit, vegetables or other strongly flavoured foods may be used in cooking to bring out the flavour of dishes. They can be useful if for example, you are experiencing some loss of taste. Avoid spicy or acidic flavours if your mouth is sore.
