BBQ buffet and cycle ride
Our annual BBQ buffet and sponsored ride is only weeks away, on Saturday 10th September. Please put a note in your diary and come along.
As in previous years this is a popular and well attended event. To enjoy the BBQ buffet there's no need to book, simply turn up on the day. Our 'all you can eat' buffet fee remains the same at £12.50 for adults with a small donation appreciated for children. Either just pay cash on arrival, or in advance - via our main funding page quoting "OOSO BBQ".

And if you'd like to join in the cycle ride please let me know sooner rather than later, by dropping me a line here The ride will consist of two groups, a 52 mile group and a shorter version of the same route of approximately 20 miles.
The route planners Richard and Anne will send out joining instructions with details to all riders a week ahead of the ride. But in summary, the ride starts and finishes at the barn in Wytham Woods, where we are hosting the BBQ buffet. The 'long route riders' will set off by 9.30am, and the 'shorter route riders' will join them later on - exact details of this are yet to be confirmed - with all riders returning to the BBQ buffet by 3pm for a well earnt drink and bite to eat.
